"Excellent bar à cocktails. La carte est originale et créative, chaque recette est unique, avec un design digne d’un roman graphique. On peut se laisser tenter par du fruité, de l’acidulé, du classique, du jamais-vu, du wtf, et plein d’autres. La dégustation est quant à elle très bonne, les saveurs sont présentes, l’alcool est dosé à la perfection, le tout accompagné de chips parfumées (à volonté?). On y vient pour apprécier le cadre dans le genre salon-néon, convivial, de la proximité avec les autres, mais assez bruyant malgré tout."

And yet Salmon Guru has been Madrid’s destination bar for four years now.
