"This is what I expect from an upscale American college town. Large, multi-purpose space combining restaurant, brewery and nightclub. Industrial room with high ceilings, big communal tables and a bar area that later turns into dance floor. New Haven-style pizza, thin with a crisp base and slightly charred edges. The dough is good, but the toppings are a mess for the Italian standard of taste (too much stuff that doesn’t really get along, and it’s nullified in 10 more items), but sort of creative/refined for Americans: the mashed potato and bacon pie is the most talked about - honestly, not mesmerizing; Carnivore is ok, but very heavy). Beer is brewed in-house, with several house ales on tap alongside basic bar drinks."
