"Rooms on 3,300㎡ against a courtyard Fascinating dynamic Japanese cuisine A Japanese restaurant sitting on broad land of 3,300m2. It is big and eye-catching in the residential area. When you open heavy door, female staff in Japanese Kimono will greet you at glass entrance. You can feel all 4 seasons’ taste through various decorations in every spot of the restaurant.You can enjoy the view of Kare-sansui style of central courtyard from private rooms and a dining room. At night you can enjoy fantastic scenery of Japanese garden the light illuminates. The private room “Keyaki”, in the center of Japanese-style room, a table made of 500-year-old zelkova(elm-like tree) show strong presence. Also there are rooms performing Japanese taste with a table lacquered in rouge color and an oak table. On the other hand the main dinning room is very spacious and tables are luxuriously set with modern atmosphere. Mr. Hirokazu Tomisawa, Excutive Chef, also acts as master and general manager of “The Association for the Advancement of the Japanese Culinary art” express sense of hospitality and seasons by gorgeously presenting foods. “Plates are clothes for cuisine” is his personal motto and the combination of plates and foods is superb. His presentation of the space, foods, and so on are marvelous."

"一千坪の敷地に中庭を臨む個室。 ダイナミックな和食で魅せる。 1,000坪の広大な敷地を誇る日本料理店。創業約50年の名店は、その雄大な佇まいが住宅街の中で一際目を引く。重厚な扉を開くと、ガラス張りのエントランスで着物姿の女性スタッフが出迎えてくれる。春夏秋冬をはじめ、節句など季節を目で体感できる設えが随所になされた店内だ。 個室やダイニングから眺められるのは枯山水式の中庭。夜には照明により幻想的な庭園が目の前に広がる。個室・欅(けやき)は、樹齢500年の神代欅のテーブルが和室の中央で圧倒的な存在感を放つ。そのほか、うるし塗りの紅色のテーブルや楢の木のテーブルなど、和の風情が色濃く演出された趣ある個室が揃う。一方、メインダイニングは、テーブル席がゆったりと配されたモダンな装いを見せる。 総料理長の冨澤浩一氏は、日本料理研究会専務理事・師範などを務める。華やかな盛り付けで季節感やもてなしの心を表現。さらに、「器は料理の着物」を信条とした器と料理とのバランスが絶妙。空間、料理とすべての演出が研ぎ澄まされている。"
