"A spectacular seaside retreat offering the very best of Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast — Carved into the rugged cliffs overlooking Miramare Bay, Hotel Bellevue Dubrovnik is a luxury escape that certainly lives up to its name. Wraparound views of the Adriatic Sea take centre stage here, whether you’re unwinding in the spa with its glass-walled pool, or paddling on the pebbled beach. Throw in a Michelin recommended restaurant, East-meets-West wellness experiences and easy access to Dubrovnik, and you have culture and serenity in equal measure. Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows fill the hotel with natural light. The restful, minimalist design continues in the rooms and suites, where wooden floors and white linens invite you to relax. Breathe in the ocean air from your private balcony, then take a lazy breakfast on the terrace before dipping into the spa’s hot-cold therapies – think Jacuzzi baths, steam rooms and sense-awakening showers. Later in the day, opt for easy-going Spice Lounge for coffee or cocktails, beachside Nevera for romantic moments, and award-winning Vapor for standout seafood. When you want to venture beyond the hotel’s walls, Dubrovnik’s picture-perfect Old Town is just a short stroll away. Wander down medieval streets, explore bustling markets and boutiques, and learn more about Croatia’s rich culture and history. For an unforgettable journey over its red-roofed buildings, take the cable car to the top of Mount Srd – and discover why this magnificent city is dubbed “the Pearl of the Adriatic.”"
