"The chips with aioli were nice, but the aioli is what carried them. Prob would suggest getting the truffle version. Ham pizza was lovely. Beautifully cooked, fresh ingredients and the semolina on the base and crust added extra crunch which was divine. Not oily at all. They use San Marzano tomatoes for the base and it makes a difference. Beautifully sweet was the slightly ashy-ness. No other ingredients needed. Stunning. The bases didn’t mush up at all My husband ordered the spicy pork pizza. Again, a gorgeous pizza. They use fresh green chillies to garnish, and with the chargrilled peppers, it’s lovely. I don’t mind spice, but don’t like it when it overshadows taste. This one doesn’t overshadow taste. If you like some heat, def worth considering. I had a glass of their Pino Gris, again, lovely. If you like strong tasting Pinot Gris you might find it a bit delicate, but the aftertaste is lovely. And the service is incredible as always. "
