"Edulis is an intimate, award-winning restaurant located at 169 Niagara Street in Toronto’s King West neighborhood. Owned and operated by husband-and-wife chefs Michael Caballo and Tobey Nemeth, Edulis has earned a Michelin star for its heartfelt, seasonal cuisine rooted in Mediterranean and Spanish traditions. The restaurant offers a set multi-course tasting menu that evolves with the seasons, showcasing ingredients like wild mushrooms, fresh seafood, and foraged herbs, with optional add-ons such as Spanish jamón and caviar. The cozy, rustic interior—adorned with bric-a-brac and warm hues—complements the welcoming atmosphere, making Edulis a cherished destination for those seeking refined yet unpretentious dining."

"9/10. I went to Edulis twice in February 2024 and it was amazing both times! I was happy to get a different menu each time, however, they were very similar in the regard of it being seafood. Everything was amazingly fresh and by far some of the best fish, lobster, and scallops I've ever had. The initial price did not include dessert and the additional items that were offered was a dissapointment at first but after trying the Jamon and the fresh black truffle it was well worth the additional cost. I will note I did not get a dessert the second time but they were still great. The only other downside is that Edulis will always be a seafood heavy restaurant and I like a menu that has more potential to change especially at the Michelin level which is why Aloette got a slightly higher score"
