"Iddu, a popular meeting place in South Kensington, is a very friendly and chic bistrot restaurant. The place is inspired by the Italian Sicilian kitchen, and it is a relaxed venue, nicely decorated with great ambience. it is a pleasant location where to have an easy lunch or dinner. The staff is kind and helpful with a wonderful sense of humour. Probably one of the most gorgeous locations in South Kensington. Also, don't expect it to be a high end restaurant. Iddu gives great focus to light dishes and offers a small menu. Despite it being limited, it is adequate and offers choices of high quality food that suit all palates. Among the highlights in the menu was the excellent "Penne alla Norma"and the delicious oven baked artichokes. The pasta was perfectly al dente, with a fresh eggplant and tomato sauce topped with cheese, what a delight it was! Also, the artichokes simply delicious and a perfect side dish. Lastly, you cannot miss out on the dessert of the day!! The cafe has so many lovely cakes, which are made daily and are a must try, all of them tempting and delicious."
