Authentic Indian and Hakka cuisine, he received many awards and ranks as one of the best restaurants of Saint Lucia. In India, the locally known "Hakka Cuisine" is actually an Indian adaptation of original Hakka dishes from China. This distinction of Hakka cuisine is in reality, mostly Indo-Chinese cuisine, where elements of Chinese and Indian ingredients are combined to create some of the most amazing tasting and fresh cuisine. The chefs came from India to deliver that authentic food and we can see them cooking in an open kitchen. They also serve dishes which are suitable for any allergic limitations and healthy, tasty vegetarian cuisine.
