"Dough Zone was founded in 2014 by Jason and Nancy Zhai as a mom-and-pop restaurant in Bellevue before expanding into a multi-location West Coast chain , and has been included in The Infatuation’s 2025 list of the 25 best restaurants in Seattle’s Chinatown-International District. The dining room carries a clean, modern aesthetic with fast, friendly service – polished but laid back, suited for a quick solo bite or a larger group. The menu spans 50+ dishes built around traditional Chinese comfort food, with Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) and Q-Bao – a house take on Shanghai’s pan-fried Sheng Jian Bao – as the signature draws. "Solid meal. Fast casual style and not necessarily the highest quality but fun and tasty. Skip the potstickers. The cucumbers and Q bao buns are amazing, pork wontons in hot and sour sauce were very good, Dan Dan noodles and beef roll were pretty good. The soup dumplings, scallion pancakes, and chive dumplings were meh. "
