"In the historic center, among the narrow streets of the city of Como, “Feel” is a small and well-kept restaurant that offers refined menus based on local ingredients in an elegant space with rustic-chic furnishings and a summer garden. Here the chef Federico Beretta continues his work aimed at the exaltation of lake fish with sturgeon tonnè with capers; rice and perch with juniper, lime and sage; carp accompanied by white celery; watercress and Zincarlin cheese; goose liver ravioli with strawberries; arctic char or bbq eel with corn, rhubarb ketchup and mushrooms. And finally the elderberry pie with salted caramel, buckwheat and buttermilk. But if you want you can choose among the three tasting menus, one dedicated to fresh water, the second one to the undergrowth and the third one to the mountain pastures. The service is impeccable, cared for by the excellent staff and the author’s cuisine is worth the trip, where lake and alpine traditions are exalted with creativity, in a very strong link with the seasonality of local products. Vegetarian menus are also available."
