"Café Campagne has spent three decades earning its reputation as Seattle's foremost classic French bistro, tucked along the cobblestones of Post Alley in Pike Place Market with a sunny patio that makes the most of its charming alley-side perch. The restaurant is now owned and led by Daisley Gordon, a Jamaica-born, Kentucky-raised Culinary Institute of America graduate who joined as a line cook in 1995 and worked his way up through the kitchen to become sole owner in 2016. His eclectic background informs a menu rooted in French classics: oeufs en meurette, pan-roasted chicken, quiche Lorraine made with aged Comté, cassoulet and steak frites.
