"Great vibe. Bar team is sharp — clearly seasoned and plugged into the industry and community. Chicken sandwich was excellent. Cocktails leaned a bit heavy on technique and presentation, but the execution felt like a work in progress. It’s been a while, though — things may have evolved with all the buzz and accolades (?). Decor leans modern art, but the space was loud — lots of concrete, high ceilings, and minimal sound-absorbing furniture made for a pretty echoey room."

"Went 2/26 and had a Nero. Original cocktail menu with tons of nonalcoholic options. Fun decor and great service. Bar is located past hotel reception and towards the right. There is a receptionist at entrance of bar. Allegory is a moody, art-splashed cocktail bar hidden behind a muraled wall inside the Eaton hotel, blending high-concept mixology with political storytelling through both its drinks and immersive artwork. The space feels like a surreal library, where literary themes meet social commentary, and the menu often explores complex flavors with seasonal, globally inspired ingredients. No reservations. "Takes too long to get in with a crowd larger than 2 people. You first go to front desk library then wait 45 mins via text then wait around 30-50mil and in seated area then you get to go inside. Inside is not impressive very basic bar."
