"⚠️ Closed for lunch, Sunday and Monday all day Menu CHF 85 SHARING TABLE Good things, we like to say, often go by three and this is how the team of this new restaurant, opened in January 2023, experienced a lightning start. It is therefore a question of sharing a set of plates proposed by the owner chef Till Szabo, trained by Michael Baader, from the Teufelhof. The indoor team, led by the dynamic Fiamma Sarro, juggles, in the spirit of a tavalota (these long sharing tables), with compositions made from local products and giving himself with determination in the vegetable: perennial variation of tomatoes with kimchi, playful tartare of watermelon or gazpacho with notes of fennel. In Till's kitchen, there is certainly playfulness, but also overflowing and communicative energy. Enlightened wine list and for good reason: the house is associated and partnered with the wine store located in the neighborhood, Wild Wines, of Anna and Marco Gräni."
