"Customer service: 6/10 A nice guy but nothing that sweeps you off your feet. Atmosphere: 6/10 We thought wicked would have more of a whimsical vibe. Great place with lots of space but they also have a 2 hour policy. Menu: 4/10 Matcha latte was too cold but not overly bitter. Chai latte was too sweet and not enough spices. Tom and Jerry cheese cat, I wish there was a base for it to have a change in texture but it was BEAUTIFUL. The cookie and cream cookie was good but again too sweet and not enough flavour. The hotdog smelt vile and the hotdog itself didn’t taste any better BUT the pastry was nice. Bathroom: Overall experience: 6/10 Overall a good place to visit for the vibe and atmosphere if in the era or needing a short term study spot. This is one of those places that you might tell a friend “oh have you been to wicked” just to say the pastries were cute. But I wouldn’t recommend this place for a regular event. "
