"Go there at lunch, this insane location in Four Seasons hotel is invaded with its 8m height is invaded by natural light during daytime. Also at lunch you will join Dim Sum that are maybe the really outstanding part of that restaurants (don’t mees swwet potate deep fried and custard steamed ones) Food quality is very high but you need to follow these 2 simply instructions to join it correctly: 1) Ask them to have all dishes 1 BY 1! (Otherwise service will go so fast, and all items will get cold. 2) Tell them to not have 2’nd course of peking duck! Ask for simply chopped and served with pancakes (head included). Otherwise they will take you only the skin, cooking the rest (also not all) in the specific 2’nd course. Be warned of that! Otherwise the experience is compromised instead of excellent."
