"Stayed Saturday & Sunday mid May 2025. They had just reopened after renovation. George the manager and all the staff were so friendly, the food was great although the breakfast could have been better (Brioche instead of toast with a full English ?). Nice to have live music in the bar on Saturday afternoon. Price was good too both for the room (£150 for large room with a ROLL TOP BATH including breakfast on the weekend). Drinks too were not overpriced. Will definitely be back. "
