Le restaurant Tuome est un lieu fabuleux où vous pourrez déguster une cuisine asiatique fusion. Le chef Thomas Chen, formé de manière classique, est un maître dans l'art de mélanger les ingrédients pour créer des plats délicieux et surprenants. L'espace intime du restaurant est décoré avec un bar rétro-éclairé, de grandes baies vitrées et des sièges violets confortables. Le service est simple mais compétent. Ne manquez pas le délicieux poulet croustillant accompagné de bouillie de riz, ni les noix de Saint-Jacques poêlées avec de l'amarante soufflée et une sabayon de maïs doux.
