Ce qu'en disent les utilisateurs

"Imperfecto, helmed by Michelin-starred chef Enrique Limardo and the team behind Seven Reasons, is a striking blend of Mediterranean and Latin American flavors set within a sleek, Greek‑inspired space. The menu—available à la carte or via an intimate Chef’s Dégustation experience—showcases inventive dishes like tuna tartare infused with Latin heat, braised lamb terrine, and intricate seafood preparations rooted in global technique. It’s a celebration of bold culinary craftsmanship and the beauty found in imperfection, all wrapped up in a dining-room design that feels both elegant and expressive. Opened March 19, 2021. "Chefs table experience has Michelin star"

"1 Michelin star 2024 Chef Enrique Limardo Boasting all the buzz of a hornet's nest, this soaring box of glass and marble virtually reaches for the sky. Inside, it's decked out with brass accents, terra-cotta and a tight counter positioned directly under Chef Enrique Limardo's perch. Here is where he prepares an elaborate tasting menu that is a celebration of Latin flavors, ace ingredients and exacting technique, and is a departure from the a la carte offerings. Meals, served by the chef himself, take on an intimate if long form. Yet nobody's complaining, especially when offered such delights as kampachi tartare in kombu dashi with charred avocado seeds; aged hiramasa with leche de tigre; and snow crab salad with osetra caviar. In lieu of dessert, the brioche with camembert and truffle honey is quite perfecto."

" Venezuelan chef Enrique Limardo’s follow-up to scene-y, tropically appointed Seven Reasons brings the West End a new fine dining venue for Mediterranean-Latin fusion full of surreal plating and modernist technique. Sturdy staples like a moussaka cigar — with crispy phyllo dough, smoked eggplant, ground lamb, and goat-manchego cream — and fried Spanish octopus with Amazonian chimichurri anchor the rotating dinner menu. Go a la carte or choose the omakase tasting experience at the chef’s counter (currently 16 to 22 bites) that has a Michelin star. A soaring white bar lined with soft cranberry stools sends out sharply conceived cocktails with Mediterranean ingredients like Greek olives, truffle honey, and limoncello."

"Eduardo is fantastic, as are the ginger beer cocktail, salmon appetizer and mushroom egg dish for brunch "

"Great seafood. Pricey, but overall a good experience. Would only go with a date. I believe it is Michelin star"
