"If you only have time for one barbecue meal here, this is the place to be. Compared to wagyu, hanwoo isn't as intensely marbled but still with a good amount of fat, and you get a beefier flavour. The quality of the meat speaks for itself, and the variety of cuts means you get to experience different flavours and textures. From thicker steak cuts like ribeye to thinner Korean cuts like outside skirt and hanging tender, the staff grills everything to perfection, paying careful attention to every tiny detail (like resting the meat properly).
