"Guzel bogaz manzarasi. Ordek confit: burger seklinde sunum, ordegin kendi confit lezzeti kalmiyor ama gayet guzel, lezez. Sosu harika. 7/10 Steak tartar: gayet iyi. Cipsleri cok iyi pisirmisler. Avokado ile tartar, kitir cips cok guzel. 8/10 Margherita pizza: cok iyi napoli usulu pizza. Hamur cok iyi, dogalgaz firini, malzemeler kaliteli. Domates sosu ve mozarella gayet iyi. 9/10 Dragon roll: cok zayif. Pirinc vasat. Ustteki suslemeler, dokuyu bozup sizi sushiden uzaklastiriyor. 3/10 Tuna truffle roll: truf yagi kokusu cok agir gelmis, sushi ile uzak kaliyor. 3/10 Pavlova; vanilyalı krema, orman meyveleri , dev bir beze gibi bir tatli. Ici yumusak cok guzel doku. Fakat cok sekerli. 5/10 Yaban Mantarı Dondurması; siyez bulgurlu puding ― siyez bulguru, asuremsi bir tatli deneyimi sunuyor. Dondurmada mantar cok baskin degil. "Students in professional programmes cook and serve food at this restaurant located in the Sakip Sabanci Museum (SSM). “This is where I go for good eggs and a beautiful setting on the terrace,” she says. “Their scrambled eggs are fluffy and perfectly buttery, and they offer a great selection of juices and great coffee.” Ozhan Sivetoğlu, an instructor chef at the academy, agrees, saying breakfast here is “high quality, with very good presentation”. He recommends the poached eggs, charcuteries and cheese boards."
