Le Restaurante Casario, situé au R. de Cima do Muro 61 dans le quartier historique de Porto, a été ouvert en 2018 par l'équipe de Gran Cruz House, un lieu chargé d'histoire. Installé dans un bâtiment du XVIe siècle, ce restaurant incarne l'élégance et la tradition portugaise, tout en proposant une expérience culinaire authentique. Depuis son ouverture, Casario est devenu un incontournable pour les amateurs de cuisine locale et de vues imprenables sur le fleuve Douro, attirant aussi bien les locaux que les touristes en quête d'authenticité.
Ce resto se distingue par ses spécialités portugaises classiques, notamment le saumon fumé avec des figues ou encore le porc braisé avec du chou et une sauce à l'ail. La carte propose une large gamme de vins locaux, dont des portos produits juste de l'autre côté du fleuve, ainsi qu'un menu dégustation recommandé par le chef, parfait pour découvrir la richesse des saveurs régionales.
