The vibe is lively yet relaxed, which makes it perfect for a great night out. Just a heads up, parking can be a bit tricky, so I recommend taking advantage of their valet service. All in all, Manuela is a fantastic choice for a memorable dining experience! Artfarm is an independent hospitality and development company owned by Manuela and Iwan Wirth. Artfarm sets new boundaries for what cultural development can achieve. It adapts and reinvents unique sites that come with great stories by bringing together art, community, education, people and place. Artists are invited to celebrate these stories with site specific commissions. Public programmes are created to engage guests with art and locality. Anche se confina con la parte più malfamata e ha subito un duro colpo durante il periodo del Covid-19, qui si ha la sensazione di un mondo alternativo che brilla di creatività. Dagli anni ’70 gli artisti vi sono confluiti per gli affitti bassi e la disponibilità di spazi di lavoro, anche se con la riqualificazione i prezzi sono schizzati alle stelle e gli isolati al confine orientale di Downtown ora ospitano gallerie e negozi di lusso, ristoranti alla moda ed edifici ricoperti di murales. La galleria Hauser & Wirth espone opere d’arte contemporanea e ha un ottimo ristorante che si chiama Manuela, mentre Two Bit Circus è qualcosa di diverso: definito social playhouse, offre intrattenimento coinvolgente, varie aree di gioco ed escape room per tutta la famiglia. Mentre siete in zona, fermatevi da Cha Cha Chá per una dose di sapori messicani, e scoprite i negozi di ROW DTLA, una destinazione a pieno titolo."

"Went with Cole for Easter Brunch. Gorgeous, classy dining spot in DTLA with lots of plants everywhere, a garden you can explore out back where they get their ingredients. Very much the type of restaurant when you think of LA (esp in terms of portions and prices) but such a gorgeous and incredibly tasty experience anyway! The shrimp and grits was to DIE FOR"

Excellent duck breast, biscuits, mushrooms, Both salads arugala and hazelnut vg plus; peas and okra. Sea-bass was good plus. don’t get pork rilket. Coconut pie vg olus. Chocolate cake good plus. Don’t caramel pie. Don’t get lemon or butter cake ice cream. "
