"Location: 6/10 As soon as you walk in, you realise that this is a very informal place that does not aspire to follow any trends or cater to an elegant or sophisticated clientele. The atmosphere itself is pleasant, but basically suited to a daytime visit. For dinner, the lighting is too bright and harsh, and the walls are too white and bare, painted in a shade of green that is too bright. Service: 6/10 I don't know if it was an exception, but on an evening with almost 30 diners, there was only one waiter for the entire room. At first, everything went quite smoothly, but the wait between the starters and the first courses was about 25 minutes, and when we had requests for the waiter after the dishes were served, we had to wait both to be able to talk to him and to receive what we had requested. Menu: 8/10 Although the presentation left something to be desired, the flavours were all very well defined and the portions were medium to generous. The starters were decent (artichoke flan 8/10, potato and Jerusalem artichoke terrine 7/10, baked potatoes 7/10, fried artichokes 7/10), the first courses were definitely the stars of the evening (saffron and artichoke risotto 9/10, tajarin with fondue 8/10, artichoke tortelloni 8/10), while the desserts were more disappointing (tiramisu 7/10, tarte tatin 5/10). The house wine (Nebbiolo) was very pleasant and drinkable throughout the meal. The bread was not good. Bill: 7/10 some prices are fair (half a litre of wine €8, homemade tajarin €15), while others are excessive as more suited to a restaurant than a trattoria (risotto €18, tarte tatin €7). "

"Trattoria moderna abbastanza vicina alla stazione di Porta Nuova con piatti sia della tradizione sia moderni. Il personale è gentile e accogliente come il posto, che seppure piccolino ha un'atmosfera calda con musica di sottofondo molto piacevole che accompagna il pasto. Diamo solo 3 stelle e mezzo per il rapporto quantità prezzo, perché la qualità c'è tutta."

"Au Camaleonte, du côté de San Salvario, on dîne et on déjeune comme à la maison. Dans cette brasserie de quartier, qui joue la carte de la cantine familiale, les plats changent au jour le jour selon les arrivages du marché, le service est à la bonne franquette en restant toujours sympathique, la déco est simple et chaleureuse avec un petit air étudiant. En quelques mots, l'adresse parfaite pour bien (et même très bien) manger, pour pas cher. Agnolotti piémontais, viandes braisées à la manière régionale, planches de charcuteries et de fromages, bons vins en bouteille ou au pichet, et l'incontournable café préparé devant vos yeux dans la petite cafetière moka Bialetti. A tester même pour l'apéro."
