"Run by a husband and wife team, Junayd (cooking) and Fjölla (front of house). Only 7 tables A tiny spot in Brooklyn aith a motto of "Wild To Table", this restaurant is hyper-focused on regional, wild, organic ingredients. Expect things like wild game, wild mushrooms and other wild foods that they have smoked, brined, braised, pickled and fermented in house. « What is the balance between delicious and meaningful? Not that it wasn't delicious, but it's so much more meaningful. I'm not sure I'll remember any of these dishes for their flavors - they're excellent, but nothing mind-blowing.
