Expect there to be an emphasis on vegetables just as much as there is on fish and meats, from Moroccan aubergine dip with wild zahter, pine nuts and chilli to their infamous cauliflower shawarma. As well as sharing smoked plates like smoked lamb neck mechoui with harissa, cumin salt & fermented cabbage; and grilled whole mackerel with green chermoula and pickled red onion. "
