"Malgré son nom, Bricolage n'est pas un restaurant français, loin s'en faut. Ce gastropub revisite des classiques vietnamiens en y ajoutant un soupçon de modernité et une touche gastronomique. La salle de restaurant est petite mais très chaleureuse, on se sent bien entre ses murs de briques et au milieu de son mobilier dépareillé. Vous pouvez commencer votre repas avec une sélection de petites assiettes à partager (les crispy imperial rolls sont divins), puis commander un plat. Le menu est varié : côte de porc à la citronnelle, vermicelles au crabe ou encore le Cha Ca La Vong (spécialité de Hanoï à base de cabillaud et de nouilles de riz). Tous les plats sont très parfumés."
