"Planten un Blomen is a huge botanical garden right in the Hamburg City Center. It stretches from the Fernsehturm / Messehallen to Stephansplatz and down the hill nearly to the harbor. In the summer, there is a free Water-Light show at dusk at the large pond in the upper park. Family friendly. Dogs must be on a leash."
