"Lunch €25 A kitchen of winemakers, what is it? "Generosity, authenticity and sharing", answer those of the Côtes-de-bourg, who hold an open table above the Dordogne, in a vast and bright panoramic room on the beak of Ambès. Clinging to the ramparts of the citadel, Le Bouchon de Bourg, showcases all the terroirs of the appellation, offers matured meats and a neat market menu, to be accompanied with the 170 bottles of the winemakers it represents: one per producer. On the menu, roasted marrow bone, chorizo chipirons or beef rib, which has its agreement with the new eponymous and collective cuvée, Côtes de Bourg Côtes de Bœuf, composed of 40% malbec - the touch of originality of the vintage."
