For one seating a night, ten lucky diners sit around a communal table while chef Little crafts ten courses of small plates featuring the freshest seasonal local ingredients. Dishes can range from scrapple, a regional sausage dish derived from Little's Pennsylvania Dutch heritage to a delightfully decadent savory salt-and-vinegar corn funnel cake.
