Its crown jewel is the spring-fed Ichetucknee River – crystal-clear, cold, and shaded by old-growth cypress. On a summer morning, few experiences rival floating down this glassy waterway in an inner tube, surrounded by fish, wading birds, and waving eelgrass below the surface."

"The campground looks too densely tree covered for StarLink but the river run looks fun! Shuttles and tube rentals available. Nice long run, several hours depending on where you put in. Looks like a natural undeveloped shoreline."

"Tube, kayak, hike. Similar to Rainbow springs. 3.5- mile tube run. North (cannot park vehicle here for the day) and South entrance (park here and take tram) (Entrance Fee:$6). Tram runs from south entrance to north entrance ($7.50). North entrance only open to tubing Memorial-Labor day, otherwise you’ll have to launch from the South entrance landings (~.5-mile walk/tube ride).
