Start with cured meats, Spanish cheeses, and tapas like foie gras with quince. Continue to share as you move onto mains like Wagyu beef, rack of lamb, and short ribs braised in a rich rioja sauce. For dessert, skip the churros for the crema de coco (coconut sorbet with mango espuma) or the hazelnutty guindilla."

"one of the best (if not the best filet) steaks i’ve ever had - definitely understand why it has a Michelin star. something that to me wasn’t Michelin-worthy was the wait at the beginning. it’s weird because at the same time that we had reservations and had to wait ~20min to get seated, some people just walked right in and sat at the bar which is full service - basically walk-ins with no wait. what to order: porterhouse or filet, patatas bravas, croquetas, jamon iberico - skip the berenejas as a side and save room for dessert - also view of the magic kingdom fireworks at night did not disappoint "
