"This restaurant, in a pine forest next to a very popular local beach, is divided into two sections: a fast food area (pizza) facing away from the beach and a more posh white linen area facing towards the beach. We sampled a selection from each part of the menu. The antipasto was generally disappointing.. the pumpkin flowers were heavily over-battered and the mackerel with cauliflower was largely tasteless. The primi piatti (pastas) were uniformly excellent, especially the gambori & zucchini ravioli. The main courses (secondi) again disappointed with the grilled crustaceans a particularly cruel joke: mostly shrimp and scampi heads along with a few measly, rather dessicated shrimp. We decided not to bother with dessert lest we be further disappointed. The wine list is fairly good, and very reasonably priced. They have a nice selection from Antinori’s estates in Umbria and Puglia along with Cantina Girlan (Alto Adige), Gaja (Piedmont and Bolgheri) and of course a creditable selection from Sardinia. Oh the whole, not recommended unless you find no better options and / or simply want a good pasta. "
