Stoddard Canyon Falls & Slide

"8.10.24 came with Laura, Evelyn, Leon, Gabe, and Nala. The hike is mentioned to be 1.5 miles there and back if you take the shortcuts down the rock slide. The waterfall at the very end is pretty cool and the water is pretty clear this place is very, very crowded with trash everywhere and graffiti and a lot of places. However, the hike is still pretty fun. If you go pass a rock slide go down a little ways cut down into the river and then hike along the river bed. You need to get your shoes and climb up rocks through the stream. The water is very nice and pretty clear. Nala was able to hike all the way up with a few help over some big rocks. two slide off of the waterfall you need to hike down into the waterfall before you begin the actual hike. The hike up the river and trekking over the rocks is more fun than the waterfall itself although the waterfall is pretty cool the whole trip lasted about three hours for us."
