Restrepo wows with confit uni butter risotto and pieces of 18-times-sliced scallop nigiri, while also entertaining with stories about family holidays and juicy dinners sealed by NDA. This is a purposefully informal experience with food that is out of this world. An uncommon combination that, together, makes a restaurant that represents the best of London."
