"In episode one of season 10 of the Travel Channel's show "Food Paradise," the Strip House in Las Vegas serves up a variety of hearty and indulgent dishes. The restaurant's signature dish, the 24-layer chocolate cake, is featured prominently, with its layers of moist chocolate cake and creamy chocolate ganache. Other dishes showcased include the bone-in ribeye steak, cooked to perfection with a charred crust and juicy center, and the bacon-wrapped filet mignon, which is stuffed with foie gras and served with a red wine reduction sauce. Additionally, the sides are not to be missed, with favorites like creamed spinach, truffle mac and cheese, and crispy potatoes with rosemary and garlic rounding out the meal. The restuarant is located in the Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas, Nevada. On the program, they prepared this specialty: "Tomahawk Ribeye" â 50-ounce 40-day aged tomahawk-cut bone-in Imperial Wagyu ribeye, topped with olive oil, salt, and cracked black pepper, broiled and coated with a cold-smoked bleu cheese crust, sliced tableside and served with a whole roasted garlic clove and black truffle creamed spinach (in a truffle bĂ©chamel made with shallots, butter, flour, milk, heavy cream, Parmesan and truffle butter, garnished with shaved black truffles)."
