"Everything was great! Cocktails were great, Danny said the beer list could be better though. The bread was delicious, especially the butter, the burgers were great. It was like what the pearl was trying to do. If you could just take the pearls patty and bun and everything else from watershed, you’d probably have the winning burger. The fries were also generous and tasty. And I want to try the oatmeal cream pie dessert. We’d definitely go back for another meal. Came back for the chefs tasting menu, started with eggplant and panzanella salad. Danny said it was the best salad he’s ever had and I loved the eggplant. Danny got the braised beef for the main. He liked all of it except the potato puree. The beef itself was decent but a little plain and salty. I got the duck breast and it was all delicious. I also tried the topo Chico drink and it was decent. A little too much tequila. We shared the black cow and panna cotta for dessert. We agreed the black cow was best. The panna cotta had a savoriness that we liked. "
