"29 Oct 2023 - sublime seafood cookery in a lovely relaxed space. Warm, friendly service from Grace. Had the six course chef’s selection - Half shell Abrolhos Island scallop with almond, koji, dill; Wadjemup (Rottnest I Island) bigeye tuna, ajo blanco, confit pepita, kombu (absolutely deliciously tasty with that satisfying crunch of the pepita seeds); housemade sourdough with lemon oil; Albany sardines, parsley, caper, lemon (so good! Thanks make up artist Liz for the suggestion to try the sardines!); the main was Albany founder with chamomile butter (but chef may have replaced the butter with oil as I told Grace I would prefer eating dairy free today) and a mixed leaf salad with honey and thyme vinaigrette. Such good value for such an abundance of outstanding dishes. I actually feel more satisfied with this seafood meal than when dining at Saint Peter in Sydney. "
