"Best burgers in NYC Availability: By pre-order, only at the bar Le Burger is the definition of excess: a thick, eight-ounce patty made of dry-aged ribeye, with fancy l’affiné au chablis cheese, and onions caramelized in cabernet. It’s delicious, and over the top. So is the process of ordering it. You won’t have to leave work early to get to this West Village restaurant, but you do have to reserve the burger in advance, and pay a $25 deposit. And though it’s usually easy enough to reserve the same day, the fact that the final price for the burger, which is pegged to market price, remains a mystery until you’re there, makes it a little more annoying ($38 when we last visited). There’s also a 20% auto-gratuity, and you can’t make a reservation online for two people unless you order two burgers. But the bar stools sure are comfortable."

"Open for: Dinner Price range: $$$$ The burger at Angie Mar’s Le B. is a special thing. At above $40, it is super-luxe, one that Mar made famous at the Beatrice Inn: an Angus blend beef is dry-aged for 45 days and dressed with d’affinois cheese, caramelized onions, and a red wine sauce. It’s served with shoestring fries. Know before you go: There are only nine burgers served every night that are only available at the bar."

"Still in the aesthetic of Les Trois Chevaux, with gilded bar mirror, velvet banquettes, and curtained alcoves, Angie Mar's newest a la carte spot mixes downtown vibes with luxe ingredients, mixed with a taste for drama and vivacity grounded by old Continental techniques. "

"La chef americana Angie Mar ha aperto un nuovo posto nel Village. Also, I just went to Chef Angie Mar’s new restaurant, Le B., on Friday and it was incredible. If you get seats at the bar for the reservation you can order the famous burger which is not on the menu. The crab Wellington was also delish!"
