"The Swallow’s Nest castle was built on top of the Aurora Cliff which overlooks the Cape of Ai-Todor of the Black Sea and located near Yalta on the Crimean peninsula in the southern part of Ukraine. (In dispute with Russia since the 2014 Ukrainian revolution in which Russia took control of the Crimean Peninsula). The Swallow’s Nest was built by a wealthy oil merchant who had the previous structure which was built in 1895 replaced (the previous structure was a wooden cottage that was dubbed as “The Castle of Love”) and completed it in 1911."
