"Can do a la carte, but the waiter will also curate a course. We went with the later option. COLD Yuzu snapper - amazing seared tuna w/ fresh wasabi pepper - really good blue fin w/ truffle - excellent HOT Black cod marinated - very good King crab and not-pasta pasta - amazing SUSHI 2 rolls - both very good. One had shishito peppers which was super interesting and good. "
