"Went with maman and papa after finishing my thesis before going to Québec, for happy hour (4 to 5). Also since it was Sunday the Kati rolls were on sale ($5 each instead of $8). Very good but not amazinggg. Plates to share. We had Chips&curry: really good fries, especially the ones on top. But the ones on the bottom were a bit too soggy from all the sauce which was not amazing (curry sauce but too curry-tasting, pas recherchée). Chili chicken: the crispy chicken texture was really good, a nice, dense chicken piece with perfect crisp, not too fat, chewy with the sauce but still crispy. Although the sweet Chili sauce is pretty regular, kinda taste like the Mcdonalds nugget sauce, so wouldn’t have it again. Papri chaat: my fav dish. But way too big to finish even us 3. Especially bc there were a lot of chick peas. But it was recherché, with lots of diff flavours& textures. Like the sweet potatoes, the yogurt, the crispy bread thing, the sauce, the pineapples. Sweet and spicy at the same time. Paneer & Saag: not a fan. The paneer is dry. Cooked kinda like alumi, but that doesn’t do it for paneer. And not a fan of the green sauce, kinda boring. We tried all of their Kati rolls. The chicken one was dry chicken, the paneer one the paneer was nice then the other dish but not amazing, so préfères the lamb one, lamb haché. But the rest of the rolls was the same. Just changed the meat. It was made with flaky paratha. Overall not amazing, but not bad. Pretty restaurant, really nice decoration and nice patio hidden from the street. Lots of calgarian beers, got a sour one, very fruity"
