"This is the most visually striking natural landscape near Prague — sandstone arches, forested cliffs, and river gorges that feel more like Patagonia-lite than Central Europe. The centerpiece, Pravčická Gate, is the largest natural sandstone arch in Europe, and the surrounding trails create a cohesive, designed-feeling experience even though it’s natural. What makes this interesting for you is that it’s contained — you can do a curated 4–6 hour walk and feel like you’ve “seen the place.” It’s not overly crowded if you time it early or late. It also feels completely different from both Budapest and Prague, which is important. This is more about movement + landscape + air than checking sights. Not quite Inhotim-level curated, but it hits that “one immersive environment” feeling."
