"C'est l'une des adresses les plus fréquentées le soir dans le district des Stockyards. Ce saloon, qui s'attache à faire perdurer le " Real West Spirit  " (le véritable esprit de l'Ouest), accueille tous les week-ends de grands artistes de la country music . En semaine aussi, des concerts sont donnés par des artistes locaux. Tous les 8 février, le saloon rejoue une grande fusillade qui eut lieu un siècle auparavant, histoire d'entretenir la légende. Les fans de Walker Texas Ranger apprécieront de savoir que C.D.'s Bar and Grill, le bar de Chuck Norris dans la série, est le White Elephant Saloon !"
