"📍 Cayton Village Caravan and Motorhome Club 📍 We joined the CAMC! We made a mistake with our pitch choice - we picked a Premium pitch which should have a privacy hedge between, however as these are new the hedges are just mere 20cm shrubs and we felt very close to our neighbours. So we headed to the upper field only to realise after pitching the awning for the first time that the Premium pitches in the upper are right next to a road and opposite is currently a building site. Hearing construction start at 8am or cars speeding at 1am is not the one! Would definitely recommend the lower field Premium pitches though as they overlook a field and when the bushes are grown will be lovely and private. You get a picnic table and BBQ area included which we took full advantage of! Other than that the site is super clean, staff are very friendly and the site is well positioned between both the village and beach. 🛍 There’s a shop on site with some essentials but sadly no meat, which would have been handy for the BBQ. 🚾 The facilities were super clean! Plus there us a dog wash which is handy for cleaning down after swimming in the sea at Cayton Bay. 🍽 Pot wash area. 🐶 Dedicated dog walk but it's quite narrow… 🏖 Good news though - the beach is dog friendly! 🍺 Cayton Village is just a short walk away, there are 3 dog friendly pubs in the village (The Farrier which won 4 in a Bed, The Star and Poachers Barn) and another (The Tow Bar) en route to the beach."
