"$$ Husband-and-wife team Guillaume and Chloe Duperier launched this chic little spot as a gathering place for the natural wine community in Tokyo. The airy space, with Yves-Klein blue walls and large windows, is warmly appointed with softly glowing globe lights and ikebana floral arrangements. This is a go-to for local French chefs, visiting execs of European luxury brands and regulars from the neighborhood for organic and biodynamic wines from France and Japan. Like any wine bar worth its salt, there’s a menu of solid bar fare: meaty housemade terrine, thick-cut fries with freshly prepared mayonnaise, and a selection of French and domestic cheeses like bamboo-ash-aged cheese from Fromagerie Sen in Chiba. Weekend brunch is a delectable array of dishes made with organic ingredients from local farms, plus an option for free-flow sparkling wine for ¥10,000."
