Phelps is all about using locally sourced, sustainable and seasonal ingredients, with a recent weekly menu posted online including innovative dishes featuring cobia, shrimp, salmon and pork as well vegan and vegetarian options like cauliflower chili and a wild mushroom and lentil bolognese. Phelps also makes one of Sarasota County’s best burgers.”"
