"This is a hole in the wall Vietnamese restaurant on MLK that is known for their Bún Bò Huế (Spicy Beef Noodle Soup) the broth itself is a lemongrass and beef base. While you’re there, they have really good Bánh Bột Lọc (tapioca base dumpling with shrimp and pork filling) that you dip in a sweet fish sauce. A chewy texture for the tapioca dumpling - a must try! Both dishes come from central Vietnam and it’s the best! Also recommend: - Mì Quảng (dry egg noodle with pork, shrimp, and black sesame cracker for some crunch!) - Bò Né: staple Vietnamese breakfast, a piece of steak with an over easy egg served on a sizzling plate to eat with a baguette and pâté. Simple but delicious 😋"
