A wind of change is blowing on this legendary Art Deco address, host of the prestigious Goncourt and Renaudot literary prizes. Chef Philippe Mille, who earned two Michelin stars at Les Crayères, in Reims, designed a menu that deliciously reinvigorates the classics: seared duck foie gras and lentil cream or duck à l’orange with Carmine endive and Timut pepper.
