"We return to the south coast but this time closer to Ferreries and Es Migjorn. There, we find Cala Galdana, a cove with beautiful landscapes and undoubtedly one of the favorite beaches for tourists and residents to go with family. It is a beach quite protected from the swell thanks to its shell shape in which the swell is difficult to enter completely. In the area, we find many bars and restaurants, a magnificent pine forest where you can eat a picnic or rest during the hottest hours, ideal for children to play and camp on their own. It is located near other beaches of great interest and popularity on the island, such as Cala Mitjana or Macarella, and therefore there are great possibilities for walking or cycling excursions. Likewise, a river, the Torrent d’Algendar runs through the area and flows by the beach. An idyllic walk for families with children."
