"Cervo Puro This chic restaurant at the stylish Cervo boutique hotel is another gem. The food is a combination of international cuisine with a touch of traditional Alpine and Northern Italian. The dinner menu comprises a hearty offering that includes braised short ribs and lamb knuckle, but lunch is particularly lovely with a view of the Matterhorn. Their dry aged beef burger with truffle oil Parmesan fries is popular and so are the Italian dishes such as homemade ravioli and risotto with black truffle. This is one of the few ski-in, ski-out hotels in Zermatt so, after lunch, you can easily take the Sunnegga funicular right outside the restaurant to go back up the mountain. Come back for apres-ski drinks at their stylish lounge. "
